Social Media Content Production

LED Signage & In-Stadium Branding
LED perimeter and ribbon-board content for stadiums and major venues, designed and delivered end to end. A ribbon board is an extremely wide, extremely thin strip, nothing like a normal video frame, so the creative is built for that exact shape from the start rather than a video simply resized to fit.
Who it's for: brands and clubs with LED perimeter or ribbon-board inventory at a stadium or major venue.
What you get: ribbon-board and perimeter content built to the venue's exact specs, which we confirm before production starts.

Monthly Site Progress Visits
Drone visits across a long build, either monthly or timed to its milestones: a baseline pass at the start before major works begin, mid-build visits as the job visibly changes, and a final pass at the finish once it's complete. Useful for stakeholder updates, reporting or a steady stream of social content. Not a safety audit, a visual record of how the job is progressing.

Social Media Content Production
Vertical 1080×1920 for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, delivered as a batch from a single content day. Where a video is for paid advertising, it's supplied twice: once with a non-copyrighted track cleared for ads, and once with a trending licensed track for organic posting.
Photography
High-resolution files delivered ready for web, social and print, colour graded and retouched. Both portrait and landscape crops supplied where the shot allows it, so the same image works across a website hero, a social post and a printed brochure without compromise.
Product Photography
High-resolution stills on a clean white background, named by product and angle so they drop straight into a product listing, catalogue or sales deck. Every product in a range is shot to the same angles and framing, so images from across the range sit side by side without looking mismatched.
LED Signage & In-Stadium Branding
Content built at the venue's exact pixel dimensions, frame rate and file format, confirmed against the venue's system before production starts. Delivered ready to load directly into the venue's LED system ahead of the fixture, no resizing or reformatting required on your end.
Where a campaign runs across a season, updated creative can be turned around between fixtures without touching the underlying file setup.

Sooner is always easier, especially for installation showcases timed around a specific milestone, or jobs across several sites, since weather and access need more room to move. If something's urgent, get in touch anyway, we'll do what we can to fit it in.
You don't need to sort out the aviation side: registration, accreditation and flight planning are all handled before we arrive. We fly every job under CASA's sub-2kg excluded category, with current RPA Operator Accreditation and a registered aircraft, and stick to the standard operating conditions on every job: visual line of sight, daylight only, no higher than 120m above ground level, at least 30m from anyone not involved, and at least 5.5km from any airport. For most Sydney sites that's straightforward. If a job needs something outside those conditions, we'll say so upfront. More on how this works on the drone licence page.
We reschedule at no cost. Drone work in particular is weather-dependent, so we keep an eye on the forecast in the days leading up to a shoot and will flag early if a reschedule looks likely rather than waiting until the morning of.
Turnaround depends on the scope of the job, a handful of drone stills is quicker than a fully edited multi-video content day. We'll always give you a clear timeline when the job is booked, and can prioritise a rush job if you need one.
