Privacy Policy.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to mpcontent.com.au, operated by MP Content (ABN 41 792 020 445), a Sydney-based video, photo and drone production company. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean MP Content. If you have any questions about this policy or how your information is handled, email us at michael@mpcontent.com.au.

Information collected through the contact form

When you submit an enquiry, this site collects whatever you enter into the form: your name, email address, mobile number, company, site or suburb, the service you're interested in, and your message. When you send the form, your details are passed to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form delivery service, which emails them to us at michael@mpcontent.com.au. They aren't added to any marketing list or CRM, and they're used only to reply to your enquiry.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use it, for example which pages are viewed and roughly how people arrive at the site. Google Analytics sets a small number of cookies to do this, mainly _ga and _ga_* (both expire after roughly 2 years), which distinguish one visitor's browser from another. The ID in these cookies is random. It isn't your name, email or phone number, and we only use Analytics to see how the site is performing, not to work out who individual visitors are. No other tracking, advertising or third-party cookies are used on this site. You can find out more about how Google handles this data at policies.google.com/privacy, opt out of Google Analytics tracking across the web using Google's browser add-on, or block cookies entirely in your browser's settings. The site works fine without them. Analytics is the only thing affected.

Fonts

The site's font, Hanken Grotesk, is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests it from Google's servers, which see your IP address. Google Fonts doesn't set cookies.

What isn't collected

This site doesn't ask for or store payment details, and we don't sell or share your information with advertisers. No advertising or retargeting tags run on this site.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time by emailing michael@mpcontent.com.au.
