Terms
Terms & Conditions.
Last updated September 2026. These terms apply to bookings made through this site and to using mpcontent.com.au generally.
Who these terms cover
These terms apply to anyone booking video, photo or drone content services through mpcontent.com.au, operated by Michael trading as MP Content (ABN 41 792 020 445), and to anyone browsing the site itself. Booking a shoot means you accept the terms below. If anything here doesn't match what was agreed directly with Michael for your job, the direct agreement (quote, email or written confirmation) takes priority.
Quotes and bookings
Every job is quoted individually based on the site, scope and what you need, quotes aren't taken from a fixed rate card. A quote is only confirmed as a booking once it's been accepted in writing (email is fine) and, where a date has been set, both parties have agreed the time and location. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Sites and weather change, so reasonable rescheduling requests are accommodated wherever possible at no extra charge. Cancellations or reschedules with very little notice, or a job cancelled after Michael has already travelled to site, may be subject to a fee to cover the time and travel already committed, this will always be discussed directly rather than applied silently.
Payment
Payment terms (including any deposit and the invoice due date) are confirmed as part of the quote for your job. Content is delivered once payment terms agreed for that job have been met.
Ownership and usage rights of delivered content
Once a job is paid in full, you're free to use the delivered photos and video across your own website, social media, advertising and internal use, without an expiry date. Michael retains copyright in the raw and edited material and may use it for his own portfolio, website and social media to show the work, unless you've asked in writing that a specific job be kept private, in which case that request is honoured.
Site access and safety
You're responsible for making sure the site is safe to access and film on the agreed date, and for flagging any site-specific hazards, inductions or PPE requirements in advance. Drone flights are only flown where it's legal and safe to do so under CASA rules, if airspace or site conditions on the day don't allow it, the drone component may need to be rescheduled.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, MP Content's liability for any claim arising from a job is limited to the amount paid for that job.
Using this website
The text, photos and videos on this site are either Michael's own work or used with the relevant client's permission, and shouldn't be copied or reused without asking first. See the Privacy Policy for how information submitted through this site (like the contact form) is handled.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
